Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Processing time does not include shipping time

- Each item is made to order. Please allow up to 15 Business days for your order to be processed. (unless product listed states otherwise). This does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping time is not included in processing time. (please see delivery time).
DELIVERY TIME:📦
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Â USPS does experience rerouting and delays from time to time, especially when there are major weather events and holidays. Once the package is dropped off to USPS Sapphire Blacc is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. You must contact USPS and file a claim. We do not refund or remake any orders lost or damaged by USPS.Â
Incorrect Address:
Please make sure the shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost due to incorrect addresses or if USPS loses the package. We will not issue a refund for address being listed incorrectly by the customer.
